Ashim Kumar
Ashim works with clients to achieve transformational personal and professional goals.
He merges over 25 years of international leadership experience, with a passion for training and coaching. He is certified by the world's No. 1 leadership expert. He is also a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA)
Ashim helps entrepreneurs to preserve the value of their businesses after they step-down, by coaching them through the 4 Pillars of Succession.
And, trains students for success in the Strategic Business Leader examination paper. Over the years, he has produced numerous national and international prizewinners.
As well as being an FCCA, Ashim holds an MBA in International Business from the Cass Business School in London and boasts over 25 years of experience in organisational and personal growth.
He has worked with many global clients including the ‘Big 4’ audit firms, Boeing, Coca Cola, Philip Morris International, Johnson & Johnson and British American Tobacco amongst others.
Ashim heads up the ‘Strategic Leadership and Personal Development’ module of the MBA programme at the Gdansk University of Technology (an accredited institution) and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in the UK.
